For those who pay for their contact lenses by Direct Debit the majority have them delivered to their home/work address.
During the current COVID Confinement Period some people are not isolating at their normal residence.

For those who pay for their contact lenses by Direct Debit and normally collect them from our practice.
The current COVID Confinement Period has forced us to change the way we deliver your lenses.
In future, we will arrange for the manufacturer of your lenses to deliver them directly to your chosen DELIVERY ADDRESS. Therefore you will not need to collect them from our practice. This will ensure the reliable, secure delivery of your lenses together with yours and our safety.
There will be a nominal delivery charge for this service of £1.75 per month. This will be added to your Direct Debit.

cash payment -PATIENTS
For those who pay cash for their contact lenses on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) basis, we place an order for lenses when you advise us. Normally they have been delivered either to our practice or to a chosen DELIVERY address.
The current COVID Confinement Period has forced us to change the way we deliver your lenses..
In future, we will arrange for the manufacturer of your lenses to deliver them directly to your chosen DELIVERY ADDRESS. Therefore you will not need to collect them from our practice. This will ensure the reliable, secure delivery of your lenses together with yours and our safety.
There will be an insured delivery charge of £6.25 per pack.
We will contact you to arrange payment by Credit/Debit card before delivery.
